This document is a public offer (proposal) of the online store mainless.com on the sale of goods.

1. General provisions

1.1 This public offer (hereinafter - Offer) is an official offer of IP Alistanova Asiyat Izamudinovna to any individual to conclude with IP Alistanova Asiyat Izamudinovna contract of retail sale of goods on the Site remotely on the terms and conditions defined in this Agreement and contains all material terms of the Offer.
1.2 The Buyer's order of goods placed on the Site means that the Buyer agrees with all terms and conditions of this Offer, Privacy Policy and User Agreement.
1.3 The Site has the right to make changes to the Offer without notifying the Buyer.
1.4 The term of validity of the Offer is not limited, unless otherwise specified on the Site.
1.5 The Site provides the Buyer with complete and accurate information about the goods/services, including information about the basic consumer properties of the goods, place of manufacture, as well as information about the warranty period and expiration date of the goods on the Site in the product card or exchange and return section.

2. Subject of the Offer

2.1 IP Alistanova Asiyat Izamudinovna undertakes to transfer to the Buyer the goods intended for personal, family, household or other use, not related to business activities, on the basis of placed Orders, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods on the terms of this Offer.
2.2 The name, price, quantity of goods, as well as other necessary conditions of the Offer are determined on the basis of information provided by the Buyer when placing an order.
2.3 Title to the ordered goods shall be transferred to the Buyer from the moment of actual transfer of the goods to the Buyer and payment by the latter of the full price of the goods. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to the Buyer from the moment of actual transfer of the goods to the Buyer.

3. Cost of goods/services

3.1 The prices for the goods are determined by the Seller unilaterally in an undisputed manner and are indicated on the pages of the online store located at the Internet address mainless.com.
3.2 The price of the goods is indicated in Russian rubles and includes value added tax.
3.3 The final price of the goods is determined by the consecutive action of discounts on the price of the goods in the following order:
- Promo discount
- Discount by promo code
3.4 Settlements between the Site and the Buyer for the goods are made by the methods specified on the Site in the section - payment, after adding the goods to the cart
3.5 The Buyer can pay for the order in cash (showroom) or cashless form, as well as with the help of Yandex Pay service. The method of payment is selected when placing an order.

4. Moment of conclusion of the Offer

4.1 Acceptance of this Offer (contract) is the Buyer's order for the goods on the site mainless.com in accordance with the terms of this Offer.
4.2 By accepting this Offer, the Buyer agrees that:
- registration data (including personal data and data transferred using the Sber ID service (functionality of Sberbank of Russia PJSC for transferring the User's personal data, provided for the purposes of authentication of the User and autocomplete data about the User on the Site)) is specified by him voluntarily;
- registration data (including personal data and data transmitted using the Sber ID service (functionality of Sberbank of Russia PJSC for the transfer of User's personal data provided for the purposes of User authentication and autocompletion of User's data on the Website)) are transmitted electronically via Internet communication channels;
- registration data (including personal data and data transferred using Sber ID service (functionality of Sberbank of Russia PJSC for transfer of User's personal data, provided for the purposes of User authentication and autocompletion of User's data on the Site)) are transferred to the Site for realization of the purposes specified in this Offer, Privacy Policy, User Agreement and may be transferred to third parties for realization of the purposes specified in this Offer;
- registration data (including personal data and data transmitted using the Sber ID service (functionality of Sberbank of Russia PJSC for the transfer of personal data of the User, provided for the purposes of authentication of the User and autocomplete data about the User on the Site)) may be used by the Site to promote goods and services by means of direct contact with the Buyer through communication channels;
- for additional protection against fraudulent actions, the registration data specified by the Buyer (including personal data and data transmitted using the Sber ID service (functionality of Sberbank of Russia PJSC for the transfer of the User's personal data, provided for the purposes of authentication of the User and autocompletion of the User's data on the Website)) may be transferred to the bank performing transactions for payment of orders placed;
- the Buyer's consent to the processing of his registration data (including personal data and data transmitted using the Sber ID service (functionality of Sberbank of Russia PJSC for the transfer of the User's personal data provided for the purposes of authentication of the User and autocompletion of the User's data on the Site)) is open-ended and may be withdrawn by the Buyer or his legal representative by submitting a written application submitted to the Site.

5. Return of goods and money

5.1 Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
5.2 The return of money is carried out by returning the cost of the paid goods to the bank card or cash.

6. Delivery of goods

6.1 Delivery of the goods to the Buyer is carried out within the terms agreed upon by the Parties when confirming the order by an employee of the Website.
6.2 In case of courier delivery of the goods, the Buyer in the delivery register puts his signature opposite to those items of goods, which the Buyer has purchased. This signature serves as a confirmation that the Buyer has no claims to the configuration of the goods, to the quantity and appearance of the goods.
6.3 After receipt of the goods, no claims to the quantity, completeness and appearance of the goods shall be accepted.

7. Term of validity of the Offer

7.1 This Offer comes into force from the moment of its acceptance by the Buyer, and is valid until the moment of withdrawal of acceptance of the public Offer.

8. Additional terms and conditions

8.1 The site has the right to assign or otherwise transfer its rights and obligations arising from its relationship with the Buyer to third parties.
8.2 The Site and provided services may be temporarily partially or completely unavailable due to preventive or other works, or for any other reasons of technical nature. The technical service of the Site has the right to periodically carry out the necessary preventive or other works with or without prior notice to the Buyers.
8.3 The provisions of the Russian legislation shall apply to the relations between the Buyer and the Site.
8.4 If the Buyer has any questions or claims, he/she should contact the Site by phone or other available means. All arising disputes the parties will try to solve by negotiations, in case of failure to reach an agreement the dispute will be transferred for consideration to the judicial body in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.5. Recognition by the court of invalidity of any provision of this Agreement does not entail invalidity of other provisions.
